"Studio 30" - the original "Studio" model now upgraded from 25 to 30 joules.
An ideal bench-top laser at an affordable price for most precious
and non-precious metal laser welding.
"Studio 60" - a new tabletop laser welder that delivers more than enough
power for silver welding.
In the "Studio" laser welding machine, the engineers have created an affordable tabletop welding capability without
sacrificing the technological and engineering benefits of the
larger "Pulsepoint" models.
With more than twice the laser power output (60 joules) of the
Studio 30, the new Studio 60 can take on a wide range of applications
such as silver work pieces, which have traditionally been the
reserve of the laser stand alone laser welders.
It also has a heavy duty cycle, and robust water cooling system,
which easily handles all the extra power and protects the technology
inside the machine.
This laser can perform can perform almost any job a larger machine
can do, at a much lower cost. With a footprint of only 15 1/4" wide x 18.1/2" deep x 20" tall,
the machine can fit into any size of workshop, even the smallest
and most inaccessible.

At last a laser welder that delivers premier technology
and service!
The PulsePoint "150" model, with a capacity of 75 joules is a well established stand alone laser capable of welding any
precious and non precious metal. It is equally at home in a large
manufacturing facility or one-bench workshop.
The engineers designed into their laser machines, high efficiency
optics to enable a higher-duty cycle output (average power) with
fewer joules, for example, most 100 - 120 joule machines without
this engineering produce 35-50 watts of average power. The PulsePoint 150 machine with 75 joules delivers 65 watts of average powder, and the PulsePoint 200 machine with 100 joules delivers 75 watts of average power.
Many advantages come from this technology, not least of which
is that power is transferred from the power source to the target
with the least loss.
Less power required to produce the desired end result, means less
wear and tear on the machine's critical parts, which in turn delivers
significantly longer service life with less maintenance requirements.
Consumable parts such as flash lamps will also last longer, usually
twice as long as other machines.
The new PulsePoint "200" model, will give customers additional power of up to 100 joules,
with the additional advantage of a small 0.2 mm dot size for intricate
work.

The lasers range can be used to:
Easily weld precious or base metals, including platinum, titanium,
gold, silver and palladium - even pewter and dissimilar metals
Create welds for a wide variety of jobs with pinpoint accuracy.
- Eliminate the need for torches and soldering, increasing productivity
and reducing extensive clean-up and multiple-part processing.
- Repair casting defects such as porosity or fractures-simply use
the PulsePoint to build up those areas by welding new metal in
place.
- Weld seams, rather than solder them for a seamless product with
no off-colour solder joints.
- Safe, toxic-free work environment.
- PulsePoint laser welder
- Leica® stero-microscope with optional zoom available
- Vision Engineering "Alpha" scope also available as an option
- A start-up kit
